The portal
The RP Candidate Portal lets your team search candidates who built a résumé with ResumePhone, and onboard your own applicants and new hires through a dedicated phone number and web link. Your portal shows two groups:
- Your candidates (private): people who came in through your dedicated number or link. Only your team can see them.
- Public pool: job seekers who agreed to be seen by employers. Every subscriber sees the same public pool.
Subscription and billing
The portal costs $499 per month, billed monthly in advance. There are no setup fees, per-seat charges, or long-term contracts. You can cancel at any time, and your access continues through the end of the month you've paid for. Fees already paid are not refunded. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice before any price change.
Accounts
Each team member gets their own login. Keep your logins private, and tell us right away if you think an account has been misused. You're responsible for what happens under your team's accounts.
How you may use candidate information
You may use candidate information only to recruit, hire, place, or onboard candidates for real job openings. You agree that you will not:
- Sell, rent, or share candidate information except to submit a candidate to a client for a specific job.
- Add candidates to marketing lists, or text or call them for anything other than job opportunities.
- Contact a candidate who has asked you or us not to contact them.
- Use candidate information to make decisions based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other characteristic protected by law.
- Use candidate information as a consumer report or for background-screening decisions.
- Copy the portal in bulk, scrape it, or give access to anyone outside your company.
You're responsible for following the laws that apply to how you contact candidates, including rules on calls, texts, and email.
Submitting candidates to clients
When you submit a candidate to a client through the portal, we remove the phone number and email from the résumé automatically. This is an automated tool, so please check each résumé before you send it. You're responsible for what you send to your clients.
Exports and hidden candidates
You may export candidates and résumés into your own hiring systems. Once exported, protecting that information is your responsibility. When you hide a candidate, they're removed from your team's view; their record is not deleted, and any notes you add are visible only to your team and to ResumePhone.
Your private candidates
Candidates who come in through your dedicated number or link are your candidates. We store and process their information on your behalf to provide the portal, and we don't show them to other employers. Candidates in the public pool remain part of the shared pool, even if you export them.
No guarantees
Candidate information comes from the candidates themselves. We don't verify it, and we don't guarantee that any candidate is qualified, available, or will accept an offer. Hiring decisions are yours.
When your subscription ends
When you cancel, your team's access ends at the end of your paid month. For 30 days after that, you can ask us for an export of your private candidates; after that, we may delete them.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ResumePhone and Kares Group LLC are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim.
Ending access
We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these Terms or misuses candidate information.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll change the date at the top and let you know by email about any material changes.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
