The Service
ResumePhone is a phone-based service that creates a résumé from information you provide by voice, delivers it to you by text and email, sends you job openings, and — with your consent — shares your profile with employers and staffing agencies.
Fees
ResumePhone costs $9 as a one-time charge per résumé, processed securely through our payment provider. Your card is charged when your résumé is completed. The charge appears on your statement as RESUMEPHONE. There is no subscription and no recurring billing.
What we provide — and what we don't
We create and deliver your résumé and share job openings and your profile with employers. We do not guarantee employment, interviews, or any specific outcome. Job openings are provided for your convenience and are not offers of employment from ResumePhone.
Your responsibilities
You agree that the information you provide is truthful and yours to share, and that you are at least 18 years old.
Consent to contact
By using the Service you consent to receive calls, texts, and emails from us related to your résumé and job leads, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may opt out of texts by replying STOP.
Corrections and refunds
Your $9 includes up to 5 free corrections within 5 days of your résumé being delivered. Text us the change — a spelling, a date, a job title — and we rebuild your résumé and send a fresh copy at no charge. After 5 corrections or 5 days, whichever comes first, further changes require a new $9 résumé.
Refund requests are handled case by case. Email support@resumephone.com from the email address associated with your résumé and describe the problem. Refund requests must be made by email — we cannot process them by text or over the phone. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ResumePhone and Kares Group LLC are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid ($9).
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
