The Service
ResumePhone builds a professional résumé from information you give us — either by talking with our AI assistant on the phone or by typing it into our online form. We deliver your résumé by text and email, send you job openings, and, with your consent, make your profile available to employers and staffing agencies through the RP Candidate Portal.
Some employers give their own applicants or new hires a dedicated ResumePhone phone number or web link. If you come to us that way, your profile is shared with that employer only, and the service is free to you.
Fees
ResumePhone costs $9 as a one-time charge per résumé, processed securely by our payment provider. After you finish, we text you a secure payment link to authorize the $9, and your card is charged once your résumé is delivered. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.

What we provide — and what we don't
We create and deliver your résumé and share job openings and, with your consent, your profile with employers. We do not guarantee employment, interviews, or any specific outcome. Job openings are provided for your convenience and are not offers of employment from ResumePhone. Employers make their own hiring decisions.
Your responsibilities
You agree that the information you provide is truthful and yours to share, and that you are at least 18 years old.
Consent to contact
By using the Service you consent to receive calls, texts, and emails from us about your résumé, job leads, and availability, as described in our Privacy Policy. Employers who find you through the portal may also contact you about work. You may opt out of our texts at any time by replying STOP.
Refunds
If something is wrong with your résumé, text or email us and we'll fix it. If we can't make it right within 7 days of delivery, we'll refund your $9.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ResumePhone and Kares Group LLC are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid ($9).
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll change the date at the top when we do, and continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
